DESCRIPTION:March 18 ,2010 Dinner Meeting -Woodcliff Hotel and Spaat 5:30 PM.Resourcing the Right Projects During Tough Economic TimesDuring a time when we are being asked to do more with less, Cornell University’s central IT division has been developing a tool and processes to help prioritize our IT projects so that we can do a better job of ensuring that the highest priority efforts get the resources necessary to be successful.  While this effort is not complete, what we have learned through this process and the tool we have developed may be useful for others facing similar challenges.About the SpeakerLisa Stensland, PMP has been practicing project management in the telecommunications , financial services, as well as higher-education for the last 11 years.  She is currently the Manager of Cornell University’s central IT Project Management Office. She also is a member of our future Ithaca Branch.
