The learner must submit a “drop-out” request in writing to Journey Consulting.Course materials including a processing fee will not be refunded.The learner may keep the course materials.\nOR\n·       If Journey Consulting cancels class due to lack of enrollment.\nJourney Consulting will issue refunds in the form of a check.If the registration was paid for with a credit card, a refund can be made directly to that same credit card.\nCourse materials are only refundable if it was included in the course registration fee, that course is canceled, and the course materials have not been received.\n
