    Chapter Meeting Refund Policy

    All sales are final. Refunds must be requested 5 days prior to an event in writing or by email. Credits will be issued to be used for future event registrations. If you need to cancel, please email pdvp@pmirochester.org.

    Professional Development Day (PDD) Refund Policy

    For the 2017 PDD

    • Cancel prior to April 19, 2017 = 15% cancellation fee will be charged

    • Cancel on or after April 19, 2017 = No refund
