Six Sigma Projects – Tips for Success
Presented by Doug Robertson, Quality Engineer at Synthes

Quite often teams are assigned to six sigma projects with both high expectations and objectives.  There are some of factors that may influence how successful an effort will be right from the start.  This program will look at two key areas of the typical DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) project plan and what things can be done to increase a team’s chances for success.
