Agile project management has become a hot topic in the profession over the past few years. It became a critical topic for today’s knowledge workers to understand. Speed, agility and targeted functionality development will be critical to survival in a digitally transforming business world. How will this evolution impact you? Your business? Your career?

Join us for a fun networking event that includes drinks, food, and information designed to help you form a network with people from local organizations to aid in your personal AGILE journey.

In line with the agile manifesto that values collaboration and interaction, the format of the meeting will be open where topics will be raised and discussed by the audience under facilitation. From the feedback received we’ve sorted a list of topics that would interest the community:

  • Hybrid Agile – working with traditional and agile methodologies
  • Scaling agile – frameworks and organic scaling
  • Fixed bid projects and agile Contracts negotiation

The audience is highly encouraged to come up with topics that they want to share or discuss!

All levels, from beginner to expert will benefit and learn from each other. Whatever your experience level, role, or challenge, join us and let’s share solutions and tools that nurture and propel our Agile journey.

Facilitator

Craig Lambert and the CoP team will facilitate the meeting. Craig has been an Agile practitioner for nine years, with a focus on Product Ownership and in Project Management-related activities.  He received his Master’s Degree in Engineering from Purdue University, and after working in a number of different industries (military, medical and commercial) now works at Xerox where he is helping to drive their Agile Transformation.
