TOPIC:

Effectively managing and solving problems is a at the center of what we do as Project Managers. Whether you're solving a problem for a client or business partner or supporting those who are solving problems, it’s critical that you have a well- defined problem statement and good process to use when approaching a problem.  With this, you can solve problems quickly and effectively and without this, your solutions may be ineffective or you may address the wrong the problem.

LEARNING OBJECTIVE:

Introduce a simple Problem-Solving approach using deliberate practice and learn to use the LSS DMAIC framework in a nimble way

PRESENTER:

Kay Aurand is a passionate LEAN advocate and an out-loud Change Agent. Kay loves a thorny problem and loves showing others how to tackle and solve even the mightiest of barriers.

30 years of professional experience, a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Blackbelt, and a Liberal Arts education give Kay a well-rounded perspective. And how does she sum up Problem Solving? It’s not about who’s right; it’s about what’s right.

What's Your Problem? Please submit a Problem Statement that we will review during our virtual session. Submit it here
