In this dynamic session, Amany will engage PMI Rochester Chapter events audience to define and identify blindspots as well as discuss approaches and tools to proactively manage them.

Amany Nuseibeh, PMI Australia Fellow, PMP is a veteran PMO, portfolio, program and project management consultant. Amany is currently overseeing the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office for the Catholic Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle - a diversified portfolio of Education, Property, Community Services, Technology Services, Finance, Human Resources and Data & Analytics. Amany delivered complex, large-scale portfolios, programs, and projects across a variety of industries (airlines and transport, education, consulting, utilities, telecommunications, and property). A long-term PMI volunteer, her roles included PMI Sydney Chapter President 2013, co-chair of the PMI Ethics Member Advisory Group (2018-2019) and a member of various PMI Ethics Groups (2015-2020).
