AGILE COP

Come join us for our third Agile Community of Practice (CoP) session where  you can learn, discover and connect with other practitioners.

Our Agile CoP series is dedicated to raising awareness of Agile practices and techniques among our members. Please join us to share your experiences, challenges and connect with others who are managing projects like yours. We will have real practitioners who understand your challenges, can share their experiences and provide advice. We know the struggle is real when moving from traditional ‘waterfall’ processes to Agile and we hope this forum will assist you in your journey.

Our attendees are highly encouraged to come up with topics that they want to share or discuss!

The format of the meeting will be open where topics will be raised and discussed by the audience under facilitation. Potential topics from feedback received in our April session include:

  • Tools & Techniques
  • Role of the Project Manager in an Agile World
  • Applying Agile to Non-Software Projects

Our hosts for the evening are Craig Lambrecht and Dave Lominac and they both have significant experience managing Agile projects and teams.

Please park in the North Parking Lot.
