Effectively managing and solving problems is a at the center of what we do as Project Managers. With this, you can solve problems quickly and effectively and without this, your solutions may be ineffective or you may address the wrong the problem.
Back for Round 2, Kay Aurand presents Problem Solving Deliberate Practice. In this session we step off the page and enter into the realm of practicing the process. With the canned or audience-contributed Problems, we work the process we learned in session 1.
