Huriya Manzar is a PMO for Technology Risk / Cyber Security team at Fitch Group. Before that she was an IT PMO for many years in finance industry. She is also a seasoned project manager with many successful completed IT projects under her belt which ranged from application development , infrastructure lifecycle management to Business intelligence projects. She brings all of that experience to her PMO practices focusing on automation and reporting. Today she will present her experience implementing PMO from ground up for a cyber security team, she will go through some of the challenges related to people and processes when going through such a change.
