Mindy Ziembiec: I am a project manager with the Cornell CIT PMO office. Now a project manager with my PMP. It’s been a long haul. I have seen it all. I started with Cornell as a Testing analyst in 2007, then a BA then a PM. Prior to my work at Cornell I was a programmer (yes, think Cobol, Fortran, Basic, C, and Natural) systems analyst, software developer, and then an independent Consultant for 9 years (rapid application development for Software AG products). Right? But I have grown. I’d like to share my journey and how to become a Rock Star Project Manager. Key: It’s all about the relationships and of course competency.
