Description

Successful Project Managers are leaders at heart, and excel when they can motivate and manage diverse teams – whether internationally or domestically diverse. Decades of research has shown that managers with high Cultural Intelligence (CQ) perform better than their peers when managing international teams. Does CQ skills performance apply to Project Managers? What about when the teams are domestically diverse?

Through this presentation, we will explore CQ, its relationship with leadership, and the benefits of increased CQ on project success. We will discuss ways you can improve your CQ and how to apply it when managing diverse teams.
