Tools…So Many Tools!

Are you confused by all the project management tools available? This presentation explores the transformation of project management through innovative tools. It covers various tools such as ClickUp, Microsoft Planner, Smartsheet, and Jira, highlighting their key features and benefits. The presentation emphasizes the importance of selecting the right tools to enhance collaboration, increase visibility, and boost accountability within teams.

We also discuss the role of AI in project management tools, including predictive analytics, natural language processing, and automation of routine tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to see live demos of modern project management tools!

Social Impact Program: PMI Rochester & YWCA Partnership

PMI Rochester is excited to partner with the YWCA for this year’s community project! We are working together to assemble kits for homeless and recently rehomed women.
