Leading Projects with a little more Grace and Ease!
Projects can be stressful! Leadership Embodiment practices help you respond to stress with a little more grace and ease. Based in mindfulness practice and the Japanese non-violent martial art of Aikido, Leadership Embodiment practices reveal the conditioned patterns hidden in your body, along with powerful and effective tools for accessing innovative thinking, compassion and confidence. Graham’s introduction to Leadership Embodiment will give you the opportunity to experience how changing your posture changes the way you perceive stressful events. You will learn a practice to align your head, heart, and core – with repetition you will develop a more resilient, skillful response to stress and be able to more effectively collaborate with your project team and stakeholders.
Attendees will earn 1 PDU for Leadership
