Periodically, the board undertakes a review of our chapter's bylaws to ensure they remain aligned with our evolving objectives. During our recent assessment, the board has identified several proposed changes:

  1. Restructuring the bylaws to include only PMI-required board positions.
  2. Relocating discretionary board positions to the chapter manual.
  3. Allocating a minimum of two Vice President at Large positions while maintaining at least five board members at any given time. Please note that our current board comprises nine positions.
  4. Establishing an election cycle to prevent the entire board from turning over in any given year.
