Everyone has something to contribute – especially when it comes to problem solving, projects and innovation.  When leaders choose to leverage the best each person has to offer, everyone wins at work!  In this session, Judy will share the elements of diversity as the basis for understanding that each person has a unique perspective that is shaped by these elements.  The goal is for participants to leave the session with ways to effectively include others to gain the best results from collaboration, and an appreciation for others’ unique qualities and concepts. 

Speaker Bio:

Judith (Judy) Rowe is passionate about using a strengths-based approach to help others realize their full potential in life.   Her consulting company, Judith A. Rowe Consulting, LLC, is focused on training, facilitation, coaching, career development, and wellness.

During her 27-year tenure with Corning Incorporated Judy held various roles in the areas of engineering, performance excellence, training, customer service, human resources, project management and supervisory effectiveness.  Prior to Corning, Judy held engineering positions with Mobil Oil Corporation and Loudon County Sanitation Authority.  Judy holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering and Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Master of Industrial Labor and Relations degree from Cornell University.   She is certified to train StandOut^TM Advantage.

Judy has a phenomenal family - husband, Joe, two sons, Joe and Jon, and their dog, Troy.  Judy also volunteers for many community organizations and activities.
